1-marinate half a boneless salmon for a minimum of 30 minutes in The Flaming Salmon special marinade containing salt.
2- Secure fish on the special grilling stand .
3- Arrange fish stands around the wood fire and grill salmon until cooked and has crispy crust.
4- Remove from heat . Carefully , release from the grilling stand . Serve a portion of grilled salmon in a potatoe bun with lettuce and lemon wedges.
Alternatively, serve in a plate lined with lettuce add a lemon wedge.
5- Drizzle with The Flaming Salmon special white light dressing , as desired ,then serve.
