General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.

Delivery Location

Items available on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Bahrain. We also accept orders from international customers shipping to addresses in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates only. Shipments outside the specified countries are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, rather than the order date. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and are subject to approval and confirmation of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within (15) business days from the date of your order. A business day is from Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

Please note that we do not ship on Fridays.

The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout screen, shipping fees will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy goods. You will be notified of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
